Aimsir Distillery

is the Celtic meaning for time. Aimsir Distillery is family owned and family founded. The owners are united by a shared love of spirits and a commitment to continually pursuing a better way.

The root of the brand is Celtic — we thought it was very important to pull from the Celtic heritage in color and detail, as well as the deco roots of the boot leg era. On the first level sits the main, horse-shoe shaped bar clad in a Celtic, emerald green tile, with a Carrara marble top. Emerald green tile continues to clad the perimeter wall and inside of the copper still area.

The highlight of the space is a custom designed tubelier, a massive horse-shoe shaped chandelier adorned with brass tubes, reminiscent of a flapper dress, that hangs over the bar and welcomes you and you enter the space. Behind the bar sits a custom cabinet with hints of the logo, custom glass shelves, and aged mirror surrounded by arches.

Our in-house multidisciplinary team created a Celtic influenced mural that adorns the lower level and also the upper level mezzanine, in the inverse color way. School house pendants and club furniture pepper the mezzanine space in order to make the high ceilings feel more intimate.
