Full Architectural Design Services

OSC offers full Architectural services from conception through construction, for both residential and commercial projects. Services provided in this contract can include, but are not limited to: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration. We work directly with you to help build your vision and see it come to life.

Interior Design Services

In addition to above, OSC offers Interior Design Services. You may have the architecture of your space in place, or would like to build up an existing contract — we can help to finesse the interior of your home or commercial project. Services available include, but are not limited to: Finish, fixture and furniture selection, compiled and prepared for you or your team to purchase. We have procurement options and partnerships available upon request.

Brand Design Services

OSC’s team is unique it that we are multidisciplinary. We are architects, interiors designers and graphics designers-- this allows for the perfect brand team set up. We shine in a soup to nuts environments, where we are designing space and the 2D/3D elements within (ie restaurants, retail, workplace design). We can also implement 2D projects on their own (identity, signage, etc). We are here to help you express your brand story.

Design Consultation Services

OSC recognizes that every project is unique, and we tailor our approach accordingly. When a full-service design contract is not required, we are happy to offer design consultation services for those who may have many ideas around design goals for their project but are unsure of the next steps. OSC taps into the right expertise when needed to provide a concise vision in the form of a design package that the client will be able to take to a contractor for pricing, or tackle the work on their own.
